Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of VinzFarm, the website available at vinz.wtf and the related service that sends farm videos to your TikTok drafts (together, the “Service”). By connecting your TikTok account to VinzFarm or by using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About VinzFarm

VinzFarm creates short videos about everyday life on the farm. The Service lets a TikTok creator receive these videos directly in the drafts of their own TikTok account, so that they can finish and publish them from the TikTok app. VinzFarm is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok.

2. Who can use the Service

You may use the Service only if:

• you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if it is higher;
• you have a valid TikTok account and you comply with TikTok’s own terms and community guidelines;
• you are allowed to enter into these Terms under the laws that apply to you.

3. How the Service works

• You connect your TikTok account through TikTok’s official authorisation screen (“Login Kit”). TikTok shows you the permissions requested by VinzFarm and you decide whether to grant them.
• VinzFarm presents videos to you. A video is sent to your TikTok account only after you have approved it.
• An approved video is uploaded to your TikTok inbox as a draft, using TikTok’s official Content Posting API. It is not published.
• You then open the TikTok app, add music, a caption or effects if you wish, and decide yourself whether to publish it.

VinzFarm never publishes anything on your behalf. It cannot post, edit or delete content on your TikTok account.

4. Your TikTok account

Your TikTok account remains governed by TikTok’s terms of service and privacy policy. You are responsible for keeping your TikTok account secure. You can withdraw VinzFarm’s access at any time from your TikTok settings or by contacting us; see our Privacy Policy for the details.

5. Videos and intellectual property

• The videos provided by VinzFarm, as well as the VinzFarm name, logo and website content, belong to VinzFarm or its licensors.
• When a video is sent to your drafts, VinzFarm grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to publish that video on your TikTok account, edited or not, and to keep it published there.
• Music, sounds and effects that you add in the TikTok app are provided by TikTok under TikTok’s own terms. You are responsible for what you add and for what you publish, including captions and comments.
• You may not resell the videos, use them outside TikTok or present them in a misleading way without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in breach of the law, of these Terms or of TikTok’s rules;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• use automated means to abuse the Service, or reverse-engineer it;
• use the videos to mislead people, to harm animals or people, or in content that is hateful, violent or otherwise unlawful.

7. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service depends on TikTok’s platform and APIs, which may change or become unavailable. We may modify, suspend or stop all or part of the Service, in particular to follow changes made by TikTok.

8. Fees

The Service is currently provided free of charge. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you in advance and you will never be charged without your explicit agreement.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, VinzFarm is not liable for indirect damages, loss of audience, loss of data or loss of profit, nor for the operation of TikTok or for content that you choose to publish. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, in particular for fraud, gross negligence or the rights you have as a consumer.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or TikTok’s rules, or if we stop the Service. When access ends, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Videos you already published on TikTok remain on your account under the licence in section 5.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we use, why, how long we keep it and how to delete it. It forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when the Service or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will inform connected users before it applies. If you keep using the Service after the change, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, you can disconnect at any time.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to find a solution together. Failing that, the competent courts are those of Belgium, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
